Old Skool gets a face lift
If Helen of Troy was the face that reputedly launched a thousand ships (which, incidentally, must have been quite some face), then Thursday night at Ballares was the night that spawned a thousand imitations.
Ok, so that’s a gross overstatement, but this was the first international night in Cambridge and the rest have followed – seeing what was in hindsight an obvious niche.
It’s been revamped several times by different promoters, but still retains prominence in the international party scene.
